November 2008 Portland metro RMLS Market Update

 

As an investor and Realtor™, making available as much information to you as possible allows me to do what I do best - negotiate for and represent informed clients who understand where the market is trending, clients who price their properties where the market is telling them is appropriate.

Our local real estate market is seeing overall depreciation - returning to a market where a comprehensive professional marketing plan, networking, carefully calculated pricing, expertise, and experienced, skilled negotiation again are essential in selling (and closing) a property.  With the recent tightening of financing options, solid qualified buyers and experienced representation in the finance, title, and real estate arenas are paramount in leading your transaction through to a successful closed sale.
